  22. There's a regexp description in Appendix E of RFC 1801.
  23. Note that this does NOT define substitution syntax, which URNs need,
  24. and for which there are 2 main variants: PERL and SED; one uses
  25. \( \) and the other uses ( ) as delimiters, I believe.
